Amazing things happen when you're open to the unexpected. And amazing things happen when our resistance to it decreases.
Yeah this is super meta but Kehsi and I talked about this very thing amongst a sea of other components of identity and being multi-passionate.
Kehsi brings 15+ years of experience focusing on social justice and business leadership in the higher education, nonprofit, and tech industries with a specialty in helping startups and scaleups build out their operations and processes. She is a communications expert and virtual/remote work enthusiast.
An educator by nature and profession, she enjoys designing learning and development opportunities that are interactive and engaging for a range of stakeholders. She has a knack for meeting people where they are, coalition and bridge building, navigating complex changes and crisis management and believes in People>Process, Impact>Intent and flexibility are keys to success in process improvement.
