S2 Ep 05 Boobs, Innovation & Partnership [w/ Joani DiCampli]
Updated: Jun 29, 2020

LISTEN!
A partnership can start off blissfully then sour. But when you have an in-demand product that's combined with a greater human purpose, nothing can stop your train of impact.
My guest on the show today, Joani DiCampli, has been through these trenches. Joan is the Creator and founder of Boobalicious Breast Deodorant.
One hot summer day in July 2012 she was assisting a customer as an employee at a boutique and she had that awful boob sweat not to mention an odor, which never happened before. Mortified at that moment she said to one of her co-workers... "there should be a boob deodorant and I am going to make one and call it Boobalicious!"
Boobalicious was a way to help pay bills until she could find a full-time job. Little did she know that a couple of years later, Boobalicous would not only be in demand but have a bigger purpose.
In this episode, we'll talk about...
Things to watch out for in a business partnership
Allowing necessity to drive your innovation
Not taking for granted the unforeseen impact your business can have on people's lives
