STATUS: Part-time, contractor

COMMITMENT: 20-30 hours per week

LOCATION: WFA (Work From Anywhere)

Using a unique lead generation strategy, the enrollment specialist is required to book prospective clients on sales calls from social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Linkedin. 

Results... 

  • Expected to maintain or exceed booking 0.5 prospects per working hour with an average close rate of 30% of prospects that attend sales calls

Responsibilities:

  • Engaging in the specified lead generation strategy on all required social media platforms within scheduled hours
     

  • Keeping a detailed log of prospects and performance
     

  • Providing insightful feedback to continually improve the process and Implement new ideas effectively and efficiently
     

  • Create new leads from Instagram by messaging community members
     

  • Follow protocols as to booking calls, canceling, or keeping them
     

  • Required to attend weekly team meetings.

 Requirements:

  • High level of experience with Facebook, Instagram, and Linkedin.
     

  • Some experience in Corporate America is preferred but not mandatory
     

  • Must have sales or customer service experience
     

  • Must be able to rapidly pick up and implement a specific communication style
     

  • Must have flexible availability to work on weekends, evenings and mornings

  • Data is your jelly & jam. You know the difference between gut decisions and data-backed decisions and the value of qualitative data vs. quantitative data... and that there’s a time & a place for both—and when to tap into one over the other. 
     

  • You have experience Eliminating, Automating, & Delegating tasks so you can focus on your highest leverage activities.
     

  • You use your imagination to dream up new approaches in a snap. You believe in doubling down on what’s working, meanwhile always testing new ways to engage and book the call.

​$11-$15 per hour + Commission on calls that result in closed sales.
